Mental health is an integral topic for any community. In the Muslim community until now, the topic has been largely taboo.
This week I have the great pleasure of interviewing Taimur Kouser, Founder and Director of Nafs.
Nafs is an organization that hopes to elevate the voices of young Muslims struggling with the very unique mental health issues they face growing up in the U.S. Me and Taimur delve into some of those issues and how having a platform like Nafs can help erase some of the stigma around openly discussing mental health issues.
